1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PromptGig, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. AI Prompt Blueprint Licensing & Commercial Usage

All text prompt recipes, parameter directives (e.g. aspect ratios, stylize values, negative prompts, camera motion commands) published on PromptGig are provided to the creative community under a royalty-free, perpetual license:

  • Commercial AI Synthesis: You are 100% free to copy, modify, and input these prompt recipes into any third-party AI generator (including Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Kling AI, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E) to generate images or video clips for both personal and commercial projects.
  • Generated Artwork Ownership: You retain whatever copyright or usage rights are granted by the underlying AI model provider for the resulting visual outputs. PromptGig claims zero ownership or royalties over the artwork you generate using these recipes.
  • Database Protection: You may not scrape, republish, or bulk-duplicate the entire PromptGig catalog to launch a competing directory without prior written authorization.

3. Independent AI Engine Disclaimer

PromptGig is an independent curated index and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Midjourney Inc., Black Forest Labs (FLUX.1), Runway AI Inc., Kuaishou (Kling AI), Stability AI, or OpenAI. All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders.

AI models frequently update algorithms, weights, and parameter interpretations. While our curation team benchmarks each recipe on real GPUs at the time of publishing, outputs may vary based on model versions, random seeds, and provider server adjustments.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When interacting with PromptGig, you agree not to:

  • Use our platform or prompts to generate non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), hate speech, harassment, or unlawful defamation.
  • Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity, serverless infrastructure, or security of PromptGig.
  • Deploy automated bots to overwhelm our caching or Cloudflare R2 media bandwidth.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The platform and all prompt recipes are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. PromptGig expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall PromptGig or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.
